About this product family
Mold release agent or mold release coating is a chemical substance that is used to prevent the material from sticking to the surface of the die under pressure. Release agents provide the necessary barrier between the molding surface and the melt and facilitate part separation from the mold. Without such an obstacle, the wall and bed of the mold stick to the surface of the material, leading to the difficulty of cleaning it and a significant reduction in production efficiency. Even when a release agent is used, factors such as irregular applications or incorrect selection of the release agent may have a significant impact on the quality of the final product.
