PETROCAST ZN_W is a water-based release agent suitable for zamak diecast casting and its alloys, which acts as a separating agent between the mold and the part, facilitates the lubrication of the moving parts of the mold, such as muscle sliders and spring pins, increases the melt flow during filling It is molded and by creating a protective coating on the surface of the mold, it facilitates the smooth flow of the melt, prevents the adhesion of zamak to the mold and prevents the corrosion of the mold. Also, PETROCAST ZN_W can affect the surface quality of the part and create a casting part with a smooth surface without spots or trace of melt flow.
