About this product family
Auxiliary die-casting lubricants protect components beyond the main die surface and injection piston. Applications described in the source include slides, ejector pins, moving connections, mechanical arms and ladles exposed to heat and mechanical loading.
Two complementary groups
- Specialist greases: for local lubrication, die start-up and protection of moving or threaded connections.
- Ladle coatings: for a protective layer on metal-transfer tools, limiting adhesion and supporting cleaning and thermal protection.
